Paolo Nutini at The Roundhouse

The Scottish born Paolo storms The Roundhouse in London on Tuesday 3rd June 2014. Rising to fame after jumping on stage ahead of David Sneddon (former Pop Idol winner), Paolo was spotted and the rest, as they say, is history. He’s come a long way since 2006 and carved out his own musical niche with a cross of Folk, Blues, Reggae and Soul.

London Grammar O2 Brixton Academy

London Grammar debuted their first album in 2012 and have become one of the most promising UK groups to come out of the UK in the past two years. This time round they’re playing the O2 Brixton Academy on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th June 2014. Expect hits such as “Metal & Dust” and “Hey Now” to feature on their playlist for this sold out gig!

Lorde plays O2 Academy Brixton

The hypnotic tones of Lorde will grace the London stage on Friday 6th June. Her debut single “Royals” had huge worldwide success, becoming number 1 in the UK, US and New Zealand charts. Lorde hails from New Zealand and managed to be the youngest artist (at a mere 16 years old!) to become number one in the US in the past 25 years. Let’s hope she can continue her mainstream success with her unique and soulful voice. See Lorde live in London on 6th June.

Arcade Fire: The Reflektor Tour, Earls Court, London

6th and 7th June sees Arcade Fire take centre stage at the Earls Court venue in London. Prepare for what promises to be an extravagant performance, and will no doubt include a vast array of musical instruments such as violins, cellos, xylophones and accordions. “Reflektor” was one of the most hyped albums of 2013 and with good reason, Rolling Stone magazine ranked the album number 5 in their “50 Best Albums of 2013” and was No.1 in the UK, USA and Canada. They’re also headlining at British Summer Time in Hyde Park on the 3rd July.

One Direction: Where We Are Tour, Wembley Stadium 6th/7th/8th June

Despite recent bad press, the One Direction Boys have never been more popular with their fan base. Rising from nowhere after being formed on the popular “The X Factor” back in 2010, they now boast 3 Studio Albums, 2 Brit Awards, 3 NME Awards, two Kids Choice Awards, and four MTV Video Music awards, to name but a few! This is their third headlining Stadium Tour to date, covering South America, Europe and North America.

John Mayer, O2 Arena 9th June

The Pop Rock/Blues Rock musician hails from the US and has come a long way from the Atlanta Club circuit to a worldwide star. He’s performed and recorded with a wide range of artists including Eric Clapton, Jay Z and Alicia Keys. He’s also won numerous awards since he exploded onto the music scene in 2002. You can see John Mayer live at the O2 on Monday June 9th.

Justin Timberlake Tuesday June 10th O2 Arena

The former N Sync star performs at the O2 Arena in London once again this June. He’s already performed in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow back in April of this year, before moving back to America for the next leg of the 20/20 Experience World Tour. He’ll be back in the UK though for the V Festival in Chelmsford on August 16th! This is a massive tour which began on November 6th 2013 and is scheduled to finish on December 20th 2014 in Atlanta, USA.

Capital Summertime Ball, June 21st at Wembley Stadium

Once again the Capital Summertime Ball takes over Wembley this year! There’s a massive line up for this years event, what better way to start the Summertime off with a day filled with music, fun and hopefully some sun! Miley Cyrus, Pharrell Williams, David Guetta, Ellie Goulding, Union J, Enrique, Sam Smith, Rita Ora, 5 Seconds Of Summer, Cheryl, Little Mix, The Vamps, Jessie J, Clean Bandit, Duke Dumont, Calvin Harris and Ed Sheeran are just some of the bands and artists set to perform this year.

Kings of Leon & Haim at Milton Keynes Bowl

This one off performance from the American rock band from Tennessee, is set to be a fantastic day out. Milton Keynes Bowl is one of the venues that can really leave a lasting mark on your memory, and with a band like Kings of Leon performing, a day to never forget! David Gray at The Royal Albert Hall

Following on from his tenth studio album, David Gray is touring the UK for the first time in 3 years. David is probably most famous for his “White Ladder” Album re-released in 2000 (originally released in 1998). You can see David at the Royal Albert Hall on Tuesday June 24th.

Calling Festival featuring Stevie Wonder, Clapham Common

Stevie Wonder has been confirmed to be headlining at The Calling Festival on Sunday June 29th. Jack Johnson, Paloma Faith, Gregory Porter and Bruno Major have also been confirmed, with many more to still be announced! The festival will feature multiple stage and 20 acts playing each day. Eels, Royal Albert Hall

Monday 30th June The Royal Albert Hall plays host to Alternative Rock band EELS. After releasing their album “The Cautionary Tales of Mark Oliver Everett” on April 21, they set off on a North America and European Tour which has taken in all the major cities and sees them back in the UK and playing 4 additional UK dates in London, Bristol, Gateshead and Salisbury at the end of July 2014.
