Ed Sheeran set to play his biggest ever headline gig at Wembley Stadium Chart-topper Ed Sheeran has announced his first headline stadium show at Wembley, reaching a huge new stage in his career. Solo performers rarely play the huge outdoor stadium and his performance for an 80,000 crowd next year will be the only European show for 2015. 275,000 people have seen Ed Sheeran live during this year’s sell-out arena gigs.
